Liz Mole

I qualified as a counsellor back in 2012. With a BA(Hons) in counselling. Since then I have undertaken further study to complete my Masters in Relational Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2018. I am a qualified supervisor to Diploma level undertaken as part of the MA.

I enjoy working with clients with a variety of issues and different levels of need. I often work long term with clients to allow time for the more complex issues to be worked through and understood. I work with a number of different models of counselling which facilitates choice in the way we work together collaboratively to find the best way for forward for each individual person.

Neil Cayton

Hi, I’m Neil, and I like to work in a kind and considerate way, providing a safe and confidential space to talk. I am interested in listening and affording each unique person an experience of being heard.

For leisure I love riding my motorbike and walking in the countryside, seeing, and photographing the lovely and amazing scenery and wildlife. The outlet for creativity adds a zest to life! I believe that all people have unique gifts and should be able to enjoy a life of purpose and freedom. I would love to help you do that.

Lynne Duncan

Hello, I’m Lynne, a qualified counsellor working with the Wholeness & Wellbeing Counselling Agency (WWCA). I hold a DipHE in Counselling and a Diploma in Porn and Sex Addiction Counselling, and I work from an integrative approach, drawing on different therapeutic methods to suit each person’s unique needs and story.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over 20 years as a support worker, supporting people facing homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, and prostitution. I am also the co-founder of Personal Bridge Charity, which helps disadvantaged individuals and communities. These experiences shaped my heart for people and gave me a deep understanding of both the challenges of life and the resilience it takes to overcome them.

Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience. I am autistic and ADHD, and a parent of three neurodivergent children. This gives me not only empathy and patience, but also a deep respect for difference, individuality, and resilience.

I am passionate about walking alongside people and supporting them to find freedom from addiction, shame, past hurts, and unhelpful patterns. I believe that counselling can be a safe and supportive space where you are truly seen, heard, and accepted, and where healing, growth, and lasting change become possible.

I offer counselling that helps you gently explore what sits beneath your current challenges, building awareness, wellbeing, and empowerment so you can move toward lasting peace. My work is grounded in the Waverley Integrative Framework and shaped by Christian values of compassion, dignity, and hope—creating a space where faith can be included if it’s meaningful to you, and respected if it’s not.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw from relevant approach to counselling in accordance with the challenge being addressed and the client preferences and nature. The models that I am familiar with and use includes psychodynamic, and psychoanalysis therapy; cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT); Gestalt therapy; systemic approaches – internal family systems (IFS) therapy and other trauma‑informed practice to support the whole person. My aim is to provide a warm, safe, and collaborative environment where you can move at your own pace.

My background includes many years in the charity sector supporting people in vulnerable circumstances, including those escaping domestic abuse. I continue to serve in charitable roles and volunteer as a chaplain, which keeps my work rooted in service and care.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy travelling, reading, and creative projects that help me stay grounded and inspired.
